These terms govern your use of clipgrow.in and the ClipGrow platform. By creating an account, joining a campaign, or submitting a video, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
ClipGrow is operated from Kerala, India. In these terms, "we" and "ClipGrow" mean the operator of the platform; "you" means either a Clipper (a creator who posts videos and is paid per view) or a Client (a brand that funds a campaign), as applicable.
ClipGrow is a performance-based marketplace. Clients fund campaigns. Clippers post short videos promoting those campaigns on their own social media accounts. ClipGrow measures how many views each submitted video receives and pays the Clipper accordingly.
ClipGrow is not an employer. Clippers are independent creators, not employees, contractors-in-fact, agents, or partners of ClipGrow or of any Client. You are responsible for your own taxes and your own compliance with the law.
Each campaign has its own brief, which may set its own rate per 1,000 views, its own minimum view threshold, its own maximum payout per video or per channel, its own allowed platforms, and its own content guidelines. Where a campaign brief and these general terms conflict, the campaign brief governs for that campaign.
Joining a campaign does not guarantee earnings. A campaign has a finite budget, and once that budget is exhausted the campaign closes to new submissions.
Earnings are based on the view count reported by the platform's own official API — Instagram's Insights API or the YouTube Data API. We do not accept screenshots, third-party counters, or self-reported numbers as the basis for payment. If we cannot read a video's statistics through the official API, we cannot pay for it.
Each campaign sets a minimum number of views a video must reach to earn anything. A video below that threshold earns nothing, however much effort went into it. The threshold is shown in the campaign brief before you join.
A campaign may set a maximum payout per video. Views above that cap still count toward your visible statistics but do not increase what that particular video pays.
The earnings shown in your dashboard reflect the most recent view counts we have fetched, and they move up as your videos gain views. They are an estimate, not a guaranteed amount, until a payout is processed.
Once a video is paid, it is closed permanently. Its earnings are locked at the amount paid and it stops accruing. Views that video gains after the payout do not generate further earnings. This is how we keep payout history accurate and auditable — a paid record never silently changes afterwards.
When you post a video for a ClipGrow campaign, you agree that:
You keep ownership of your videos. By submitting a video to a campaign you grant ClipGrow and the Client of that campaign a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to view, measure, and reference that video for the purpose of running and reporting on the campaign.
Buying views, using bots, view-exchange schemes, engagement pods that artificially inflate counts, or any other manipulation of view numbers is strictly prohibited.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe views were artificially generated, we may withhold payment for the affected videos, remove them from a campaign, and — for repeated or deliberate abuse — close your account and forfeit unpaid earnings. Where the evidence is unclear we will ask you about it before acting.
ClipGrow depends on the Instagram Platform and on YouTube API Services. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms — including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy — and we have no control over them.
If a platform changes its API, restricts our access, or stops reporting the statistics we rely on, our ability to track views may be interrupted or ended. We will tell you if that happens and will honour earnings already verified, but we cannot be responsible for views we were never able to measure.
You may stop using ClipGrow at any time, disconnect your accounts, and request deletion of your data through our Data Deletion page.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that engages in fraud, or that we are legally required to remove. Where we close an account for reasons other than fraud, we will pay out any earnings already verified and owed.
ClipGrow is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for loss of views, reach, or opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of earnings owed to you at the time the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change, and where a change materially affects you we will notify you through your dashboard or on WhatsApp. Continuing to use ClipGrow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala, India have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather resolve things by talking first — contact us before escalating.
