How it works
- Create your free ClipGrow account. Your dashboard shows every campaign that is hiring, with its pay, the work and the SOP.
- Ask to join a campaign. Our clip head talks to you first, then adds you to the team.
- Edit one clip a day from the footage provided, following the campaign SOP, and upload it from your dashboard before midnight.
- Every clip is reviewed: approved, or sent back with notes to fix. ClipGrow posts approved clips on its own Instagram, YouTube and Facebook pages.
- Get paid monthly: every approved clip is paid at your tier's fixed rate, and the month's pay lands in your UPI once the month is over. Better work moves you up a tier.

- No. Your pay is fixed: every clip that passes review is paid at your tier's rate, whatever views it gets. Good, consistent work moves you up a tier, and a higher tier pays more for every clip.
- Is there any fee to join?
- None. ClipGrow is completely free to join. No fee to apply, to work on a campaign or to get paid. Zero investment, ever.
