Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 23 August 2026

This page explains how to stop ClipGrow collecting your data and how to have everything we already hold about you deleted. There are three separate things you can do, and you can do any of them independently.

Option 1 — Disconnect a social account (fastest)

This stops ClipGrow from collecting any further data from that account, and deletes the stored access token for it immediately.

  1. Log in at clipgrow.in/login.
  2. Go to your Accounts section.
  3. Find the Instagram account or YouTube channel you want to remove and press Disconnect.

For YouTube, ClipGrow also sends a revocation request to Google at the same time, so the authorisation is withdrawn on Google's side as well as ours.

Option 2 — Revoke ClipGrow's access from the platform itself

You do not need to go through ClipGrow at all. You can cut off access directly:

This takes effect immediately and no further data can reach us. Note that revoking access does not by itself erase the data we have already collected — for that, use Option 3.

Option 3 — Delete all your ClipGrow data

To have everything we hold about you erased, send us a request:

Include your ClipGrow username and the social account handle you connected, so we can identify the right records. We may ask one question to confirm it is really your account before we delete anything — this is to protect you from someone else deleting your earnings history.

We act on deletion requests within 7 days of receiving them. You will get a confirmation once it is done.

What gets deleted

What we keep, and why

If we have already paid you for a video, we keep the amount and date of that payment as a financial record, because we are required to be able to account for money we have paid out. When we process your deletion request, those payment rows are stripped of anything that identifies you — they are reduced to an amount and a date and can no longer be linked back to you, your account, or your videos.

If you have unpaid earnings at the time you ask us to delete, we will tell you the amount first, because deleting the underlying view records means we can no longer evidence what you are owed.

If your account is removed by us

If ClipGrow ever shuts down or removes your account, the same deletion applies automatically — we do not retain connected-account tokens or video data for accounts that no longer exist.
